My daughter chipped her front tooth at school on a Friday at lunch time. While most dentistry offices close at 2pm, these guys close at 5. This was one of the main reasons I called them, desperate to find someone that could fix my daughter's tooth that same day. After several phone calls to different offices, McKell/Packer Dental had availability and the experience with them in the office was amazing. They were extra kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Smith was easygoing and did a great job on her tooth! I was very pleased with their service and flexibility to get us in, even with us being first time clients. Definitely recommend!

Preston my assistant for the day was so kind and assuring during my visit. Dr. Packard is always so kind and courteous and is so willing to explain everything and wants you to feel comfortable with what is going on and understand. The front desk staff is by far the best I’ve ever worked with.

I am embarrassed to say how terrified of the dentist I am at 37 years old. I went in to get a cavity filled, and one of my first. They were amazing! I can honestly say I pretty much didn’t feel anything. They were great at making the feel at ease, talking me through everything, they moved quickly, But didn’t feel like they were rushing me out the door.

As someone who gets very nervous at the dentist, during my filling, I felt support by the whole staff (receptionist, assistant, hygienist, and dr packer) they made me feel comfortable and at ease. By far the best office!
